Our Policy is not keep any personal information on our website or to collect it. We do not have the need to keep or use this data. If in the future we change this, we will update that information here. We hate SPAM as much as everyone else!
Do you track anything when I visit your site?
We do have a Web Statistics Interface that we use. We can only track what pages were visited, what geography location someone visited from, what site may of referred them to us and what type of browsers are being used. We can not see specifically who visited, just general information. We can not see email accounts or personal information with this interface.
Can I send you my Credit Card information?
All Credit Card transactions go through PayPal's secured website. This is a safe an secure way to complete these transactions We can not accept Credit Card payments manually.
Do you accept any other payment types?
We do accept Personal Checks (7-10 day waiting period) and Money Orders.
Can I see the type of bead I may want to use in my jewelry?
We have setup a Bead Color Chart to assist you in choosing the type of beads you would like to have in your jewelry. Please note that this is for reference only. All natural beads will be different due to natural coloration and formation. Shapes and sizes will also vary depending on the design requested. We also have a chart to assist with the reviewing the dimensions of the beads as well. Shipping / TaxesHow will this be shipped to me?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. This way you will receive your items normally within 2 - 3 business days. The charges do include Insurance. This way if it is damaged before arrival, everyone will be covered for any loss or damage. We do ship Internationally, but please contact us first for the best rates available. We will use the most economical way to ship to you for our International Orders
How much will it cost?
Shipping costs within the Continental United States: Up to $15.00 = $5.50 $15.01 to $50.00 = $8.00 $50.01 to $100.00 = $9.25 $100.01 to $150.00 = $12.25 over $150.01 = FREE
International: Please email us for rates. We will need your complete shipping address.
Do I have to pay Taxes?
If you do live in the state of Florida, you will be charge 6% Sales Tax.
WarranteeDo you offer any Warrantees on your work?
We offer a Limited Lifetime Guarantee on our Hand made items. We will honor this as long as we are in business making Jewelry. If at any time these break or come apart, please contact us about sending the items and all it parts to us. If there is at least 80% of the jewelry left, we will replace it at no cost (does not include re-shipping to you). Please see our Services page, Re-String Service for additional information regarding this.
What is your Return Policy?
All sales are final unless the item is shipped to you and it is not what was described in your shopping cart*, please email us to arrange the return or the correct item or credit.
* This does not include the variation of beads and/or silver spacers. Our inventory for these specific items changes frequently so we can not guarantee that the exact silver bead and/or spacer listed or pictured will be available when your item is purchased.
My jewelry is getting dirty, how can I clean it?
You can use a Silver polishing cloth on any piece except the ones with the following: 24K Gold, Malachite and other soft or porous stones. Also see our Services page for additional options!
